2. The Anchorage Gymnastic Association is a nonprofit organization (501-C; Tax ID #920066721) and provides equal training and employment to all, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, or status.

3. Any activity involving motion or height creates the possibility of serious injury, including permanent paralysis and even death from landing or falling on the head or neck. You assume a risk of serious injury in the use of this equipment, but this risk can be significantly reduced by always following the rules. All precautions will be taken to prevent accidents. Simple first aid will be administered to all minor injuries and parents or doctors will be called when necessary.

Fees and Payments

All payments are due at the time of registration. There is a membership fee that renews each April. Any gymnast left in the gym after hours will be subject to a per hour charge. A fee will be charged on all accounts that require schedule changes. All gym classes are continuous and I understand that if I fail to notify the office two weeks (14days) prior to discontinuing classes, I will be charged for those two weeks (14 days). I understand that make up classes are only allowed when a serious illness occurs and a doctor's note is presented. All make up days must be made up within the 10 week session. Preschool and Kindergarten reservations are made at the beginning of each month for attendance.

Acceptable forms of payment include cash and check. We do not accept credit cards.
