Recreational Gymnastics Programs

Our recreational program provides interesting experiences for children to develop gymnastic skills, with an emphasis on building self esteem. AGA is a progressive and unique gymnastics sports facility. The 22,800sq foot building offers training on all of the USA Gymnastics equipment. Training begins with the fundamentals of gymnastic movement and progresses to higher skill levels. Our primary goal is the development of children into outstanding students and young athletes who are mentally, socially, and physically fit. A strong body makes a strong mind.

Our classes promote strength, balance, flexibility, speed, agility, and rhythm. We offer gymnastics classes for children from ages 3-18 years old. Children from 3-13 have 6 available days per week to do gymnastics. Finally, High School age children can participate in our Rec classes on Thursday evenings.

Enrollment

We have open enrollment for our entire program. We require you to commit your child to an entire session. Sessions are normally 10 weeks long except in the summer where they are about 13 weeks, and coincide with the Anchorage School District quarters. We prorate if you sign up mid-session.
